1hr 'coaching consultations' as a way to assist athletes overcome common obstacles to success in endurance racing. There are very common barriers to success in distance running, which often include a lack of knowledge in endurance nutrition, aerobic training, and/or training structure. Whether you are training for your first 1/2 marathon or 100 mile ultra, I would be more than happy to help you establish a direction for your training and answer any questions you may have about your personal quest to run your best race ever!

Because I am athlete first, I felt that these consultations would be the best way to maximize time and resources. I have enjoyed helping people for years in this manner and they often share incredible success stories with me months later. You can email me and I'll send you the coaching questionnaire. When you send the questionnaire back, we will arrange a time to discuss your training via skype/phone. Please email me if you have any questions.

This "service" is new so I am still working out the bugs. My test trials have been very succesful. The "payment" is hosted by a secure PayPal exchange.

  1. Thanks for the consultation today. I loved hearing your insights on my current injury situation and my plans for stepping up to longer races. You seemed well-informed and knowledgeable.

Hopefully others can find this information and apply it to help them reach their goals.

  2. Just wanted to take a moment to thank you for all the advice and insight that you have provided to me. As a result, my training is constantly moving up! I think that the greatest thing is combining a training plan along with the nutritional guidance. What you provide is the ties that work between the two. Anyone can advocate "run hard" and "eat better", but to actually explain how the two compliment each other is invaluable. I have learned so much and am very grateful!
